Recommend a gentle, inexpensive body toxin cleanse?

I know this seems to be hyped up in the media a lot and with celebrities using it as a crash diet but I would like to do it to actually cleanse my body of any residual toxins.

Or if you have any advice about body toxins, whether they exist or not and whether or not they should be flushed out I would appreciate that as well.
